We are accepting applications for the Ryan Shazier Fund for Spinal Rehabilitation`s Golden Window program beginning October 1, 2023!

The first 24 months of spinal rehabilitation are critical. They call it β€œThe Golden Window.” Without financial support and expert guidance, many rehab patients do not know where to turn. Our Golden Window Program is a stipend-based support system for individuals with spinal cord injuries who reside in Western PA, Eastern OH (including Columbus, OH), and Northern WV, offering grants of up to $15,000 in provider assistance.
